The Team:
Malcolm Anderson
Malcolm was awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship to review
interpretation in Alaska and Canada in 1995. He was been one
of the key individuals involved in the development and implementation
of the Visitor Interpretation Unit Standards for the tourism
industry in 2001. Malcolm was also responsible for ensuring
visitor interpretation became a key component of Qualmark and
the New Zealand Tourism Awards. Malcolm has previously worked
for the Department of Conservation, Real Journeys and the Tourism
Industry Association New Zealand. He is a former Winston Churchill
Fellow and a Fellow of the Executive Development Institute
for Tourism, University of Manoa (Hawaii).
